If Blitzmail is not working properly, try deleting the BlitzMail Preferences file:

	In your Hard Drive, open the System Folder.
	In the System Folder, open the Preferences folder. (Depending on the version you have, this file may be called BlitzMail Files.)
	Delete the Preferences file by dragging this item in to the trash and then emptying the trash. The Preference files often become corrupted and Blitzmail wll automatically create a new one the next time it runs.
	Try BlitzMail again. If it still doesn't work, re-istall BltizMail on your computer. (You may want to rebuild your desktop as well.)
