Password

For safety reasons it is a good idea to change your password.You may do it by following these steps:

	Sign onto your blitzmail.
	Go to Blitzmail in the menu bar on the top of the screen.
	Select Edit DND entry from the submenu.
	Click on "Change Password" in the lower left part of the window.
	Enter your current password in the first box.
	Enter your new password in the other two boxes.
	Click on "Change Now". Be sure you spell the passsword in both the New and the New#2 box exactly the same. Remember that passwords are case sensitive. Dog is not the same as dog.
	Sign off and try to sign on using your old password.

Nickname

To add Nickname

	Sign onto your blitzmail.
	Go to Blitzmail in the menu bar on the top of the screen.
	Select Edit DND entry from the submenu.
	In the box next to "nicknames", type in your nickname. If you have more then one nickname, type in the first one then space and type in the second one, etc.
	Click OK. Now your friends can type in your nickname and the message will go automatically to your account. This will work work from off-campus only if you add @washcoll.edu after the nickname (i.e.: To: buddy@washcoll.edu)
